How billing works
What's the difference between Starter and Pro?
Only the price per load. Both plans have every feature and 10 tracked loads included each month. After those 10, Starter charges $2.50 per tracked load and Pro charges $1.00. From about 44 tracked loads a month, Pro costs less.
What counts as a tracked load?
A load counts once, the first time the driver actually starts sharing their location on it. Loads you create but never track don't count. Re-sending the link or restarting tracking on the same load doesn't count again.
Do the 10 included loads roll over?
No. Your 10 included loads reset at the start of every month.
Do you charge per user or per driver?
No. Add your whole team and every driver. You pay the plan plus tracked loads over 10.
Do drivers pay anything?
Never. The HaulEye driver app is free for drivers.
How am I billed?
The plan is billed monthly. Tracked loads over your 10 included are added to the next bill. No setup fee and no contract.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, any time. Many customers start on Starter and move to Pro once they're tracking more than about 44 loads a month.
Can shippers buy HaulEye?
Yes. You don't need to be a freight broker. Shippers, manufacturers, distributors and carriers use the same plans to track the trucks hauling their freight.
I use Haulan. Do I need this?
No. HaulEye tracking is built into Haulan's Lite plan and above.
What about high volume?
